Samoussa. In a medium bowl, mix flour, salt and butter until the mixture resembles fine bread crumbs. In a large saucepan over medium high heat, heat the oil.
Gently press the bottom of each samosa to flatten slightly. However, the classic samosa recipe is a small triangular donut garnished with a stuffing of vegetables (a vegetable samosa for those who are vegetarian), meat, fish, cheese, etc. For the filling, add the khoya in a pan and cook until slightly browned.
Mix in garlic, fresh ginger root.
