Mugcake
Mugcake. You want enough head space for the cake to rise without pouring over. I had this at friend's house and had to have the recipe!
Stir and mix the chocolate chips. I had this at friend's house and had to have the recipe! Stir in milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth, being sure to scrape the bottom of the mug.
Stir in the liquid ingredients (milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract) and mix until smooth, then fold in the chocolate chips.
Add flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt to a mug and stir together.
Add all remaining cake ingredients except sprinkles; mix well with fork. Whisk in the milk and vegetable oil until all ingredients are combined and batter has no clumps. Gently push the pieces into the batter.
