Guacamol
Guacamol. To cut an avocado for prime guacamole mashing, cut it lengthwise through skin and flesh around pit. Sprinkle with salt and lime (or lemon) juice.
Using a spoon, scrape the flesh of the avocado into the bowl with the onion mixture. Slice three ripe avocados in half, remove the pit and scoop them into a mixing bowl. Chili peppers vary individually in their spiciness.
Mash avocados with garlic and salt.
