Clafoutis
Clafoutis. The clafoutis is dusted with powdered sugar. In a bowl, blanch the sugar and eggs.
You can likely use individual sized ramekins. A clafoutis (pronounced "kla-foo-TEE") is a rustic French dessert made by baking cherries in a custard-like batter similar to the one used for pancakes. Add flour and whisk until smooth and lump free.
Pour the mixture over the cherries.
Whisk in the flour, stirring until most of the lumps are gone.
Clafoutis trebuie sa fie rumen la suprafata. Pitted cherries can go in whole or halved, raspberries whole, fresh figs and strawberries halved as well. Spread out cherries in an even layer in bottom of pan.
