Boulettes de kefta à la marocaine. In Morocco, kefta is like an institution, every single family knows where to buy and eat the best kefta and whole families usually go over and over to the same spot to find it. Use a big bowl to combine all the ingredients listed ( meat, spices, and herbs).

One of my favorite dishes growing up in Morocco was the Kofta, especially when it was barbecued in a charcoal brazier.

The cinnamon, cayenne pepper, and mint leaves are optional but highly recommended.
