Cheese Naan. The minced garlic and melted cheese in every single bite makes this naan bread simply irresistible. The crispy flaky naan is cooked on a tawa and then on direct flame, to give it the lovely crispy texture.
How to make cheese-stuffed garlic naan. In a small bowl, add the sugar, warm water, and yeast together. Make the Naan dough: Combine yeast, warm water and sugar in the bowl of a stand mixer.
Sprinkle the breads with a little water, then top with grated cheddar and chilli.
Press out into a circle using your fingers and palms.
Spread the top with melted butter. This version is sometimes prepared as fast food. Gently place the naan on the pan (no oil needed).
